If you are using the postal order form:

• Fill in the address section
• Complete details of your order
• Fill in your 10 digit barcode reference number or return your digital reference strip for ID
• Complete credit card details or enclose cheque / postal order payable to HTempest Ltd
• Post to: The Re-Order Service,The Colour Laboratory, St Ives, Cornwall,TR26 3HU

Another Option - SUPPLY YOUR OWN IMAGE!

• Complete order form
• Enclose your image or file on CD - if not your photo, confirm that you have permission to use the image
• Customised products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.The quality of the final product is dependent on your original image. We will return your order if we consider the image to be unsuitable
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery and for Christmas deliveries ensure you send your order before 12th December.
• Some products are subject to availability and in the event of a supply difficulty orders may take longer to be delivered.
• Colour & designs of products and mouldings may vary from illustrations.
