- Fill in your 10 digit barcode reference number or return
your digital reference strip for ID
- Complete credit card details or enclose cheque / postal

Another Option - SUPPLY YOUR OWN IMAGE!
- Complete order form
- Enclose your image or file on CD - if not your photo,
confirm that you have permission to use the image
- Customised products cannot be refunded or exchanged
unless there is a manufacturing defect.The quality of the
final product is dependent on your original image. We will
return your order if we consider the image to be unsuitable
- Please allow up to 28 days for delivery and for Christmas
deliveries ensure you send your order before 12th December.
- Some products are subject to availability and in the event
of a supply difficulty orders may take longer to be delivered.
- Colour & designs of products and mouldings may vary from
illustrations.
